Travel guide
Getting there, recovering well, getting home
Most of our patients are based in the US. Here's what to expect step by step — from the SENTRI lane in San Diego to a turn-key recovery in Istanbul or Bangkok.

San Diego → Tijuana
The 20-minute border advantage
For US patients on the West Coast, the San Diego–Tijuana corridor is the most efficient medical-tourism route in the world. With SENTRI you can cross in under 20 minutes, see your surgeon the same day, and stay in a US-standard recovery hotel within walking distance of the clinic.
- • Fly into SAN, cross via SENTRI lane (or Cross Border Xpress / CBX)
- • English-speaking, fully bilingual clinic teams
- • US-based phone numbers for post-op support after you return home
- • Same-day re-entry possible for short non-surgical procedures (fillers)
