Records review
Send your relevant records ahead of a virtual consult so the clinical team can assess candidacy safely.
What to gather
- List of current medications (name, dose, frequency).
- Any relevant urology or sexual medicine records.
- Prior surgical reports (prostate, pelvic, vascular, penile).
- Recent labs if available: CBC, metabolic panel, HbA1c, total & free testosterone, PSA.
- Cardiology clearance letter if you have known coronary artery disease.
- Photos are not required at this stage.
How to send
Records go directly to the clinical coordination team via a secure channel provided after you submit the consultation request. This site does not store PHI in browser storage or in any public form.
What happens next
- Records reviewed by the clinical coordination team.
- A virtual consult is scheduled (typically 20–30 minutes).
- Candidacy, options, cost, and travel timeline are discussed.
